How to take it
Dosage

Pregnant and breastfeeding women:

  • Take 1 capsule daily to support the baby’s development.
  • Take 1 capsule twice daily for maternal health.

Infants from birth:

  • Empty the contents of 1 capsule and mix with breast milk, formula or water once daily to support the baby’s gut flora and immune health.

    Alternatively, use as directed by your healthcare professional.

    Store refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C. Do not freeze.
The formula

Each capsule contains:

  • Lactobacillus rhamnosus LGG® — 10 billion CFU
  • Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BB-12® — 5 billion CFU
  • Bifidobacterium breve M-16V — 5 billion CFU
  • Bifidobacterium longum BB536 — 5 billion CFU

    Total probiotic strength: 25 billion CFU per capsule.

    Excipients: Calcium phosphate, disodium edetate, gellan gum, glucose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, potable water, potassium acetate, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate and sucrose.

    Free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein, salt, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
