How to take it
Dosage

With clean hands, insert 1 pessary into the vagina before bedtime each day for 10 consecutive days, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

The formula

Each pessary contains:

  • Lactobacillus crispatus LCR01 (DSM 24619) — 1 billion live bacteria
  • Lactobacillus fermentum LF10 (DSM 19187) — 1 billion live bacteria
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus LA02 (DSM 21717) — 1 billion live bacteria

Total live bacteria: 3 billion per pessary.

No added GMOs, wheat, gluten, dairy, lactose, fructose, yeast, nuts, seeds, peanuts, soy, egg, fish, shellfish or animal derivatives. Contains no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.
