How to take it
Dosage

Children 9-13 years: 1 level metric teaspoon (3.6 g) in 100 mL water twice daily with food.

Adults and children over 13: 2 level metric teaspoons (7.2 g) in 200 mL water twice daily with food.

Warnings

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

  • If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional
  • The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 µg retinol equivalents for women and 900 µg retinol equivalents for men
  • If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your healthcare practitioner
  • When taken in excess of 3000 µg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects
  • Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period

Each 7.2 g serve contains:

  • Glutamine 3.5 g
  • Choline bitartrate 1.5 g
  • Meta Zn® Zinc amino acid chelate equiv. Zinc 30 mg / 6 mg
  • Retinol palmitate (Vitamin A) 1.4 mg / 750 µg RE
  • Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) equiv. Vitamin D3 12.5 µg / 500 IU
  • Lentinula edodes (Shiitake) ext. equiv. dry (fruiting body) 375 mg
  • Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) ext. equiv. dry (fruiting body) 353 mg
  • Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) ext. equiv. Silybin 86 mg / 72 mg
  • Scutellaria baicalensis (Baical skullcap) ext. equiv. dry (root) 300 mg
  • Perilla frutescens (Perilla) ext. equiv. dry (leaf) 208 mg
