Shipping

We aim to process, pack and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. 

While we always do our best to have your order on its way as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will always do our best to keep you informed where needed.

Delivery & Tracking

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post. Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated Australia Post delivery timeframes are:

Queensland / same-state delivery: approximately 1–2+ business days
Interstate delivery: approximately 1–3+ business days
International delivery: approximately 5-7+ business days, depending on location. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel through Australia Post. We recommend downloading the Australia Post app for easier tracking. 

While every care is taken to ensure orders arrive safely and promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by Australia Post or other delivery circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Click & Collect

If you have selected local pick-up at checkout, you will be contacted once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect your products.
