How to take it
Dosage

Children 2 - 8 years: 1 scoop (3.2 g) once daily in 100 mL water or juice

Children 9 - 12 years: 1 scoop (3.2 g) twice daily in 100 mL water or juice.

Warnings

Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
