How to take it
Dosage

Adults and children from 14 years: 2 level teaspoons (7.4 g) twice daily, in 250 mL water or juice, with meals

Children 6 - 8 years: 1 level teaspoon (3.7 g) once daily, in 125 mL water or juice, with meals

Children 9 - 13 years: 1 level teaspoon (3.7 g) twice daily, in 125 mL water or juice, with meals

Stir well and consume immediately.

Warnings

Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
