How to take it
Dosage

1 capsule daily

For helping to reduce the occurrence of symptoms of traveller's diarrhoea in adults:

1 capsule twice daily; start 5 days prior to travelling and continue for the duration of the trip.

Warnings
  • Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
  • Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children 3 - 6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years
